SCHWARZ STACK

4.9% ABV; This traditional German style dark lager, Schwarzbier, is surprisingly easy drinking. Expect subtle notes of chocolate and roasted coffee with a crips, clean finish.
Available on draft and to-go in 32oz crowler cans.

 

CZECH RAISE

5.1% ABV; Lagers rule so we decided to try out a new Czech Amber Lager recipe. The bready, graham cracker and light caramel notes from the beer pair perfectly with the addition of Rock Hill Coffee’s 1852 Blend which brings along notes of peach cobbler, brown sugar, and plum.

PIECE OF THE PIE

4.8% ABV; Key Lime Pie Ale brewed in collaboration with Throw Pink Disc Golf. We took Carolina Gold 2-row and Biscuit Malt from Carolina Malt House, added malted wheat, honey malt, and rolled oats to create the pie’s crust, then finished off the beer with key lime, lime zest, and vanilla for a refreshing key lime pie taste that finishes clean.

YOCO BUZZ LAVENDER BUZZ

5.3% ABV; Welcome to Spring! For the first batch of YoCo Buzz this year we decided to change it up a bit. We took the original recipe, including the honey from Five Blossoms Farm, and fermented it as an American Wheat Ale using our house American Ale Yeast (normally Buzz uses a Belgian yeast making it a Witbier). Then we added lavender, butterfly pea flower, and lemon zest to make this batch as colorful as it tastes!

SHUFFLE

5.6% ABV; Our English style ESB is back on tap! ESB stands for Extra Special Bitter, but don’t let the name fool you, this beer isn’t heavy on the hops and boasts that “malty backbone” everyone is always talking about.

BIOLUMINESCENT SHARKS

6.3% ABV; Sort of our secondary flagship Hazy IPA, Bioluminescent Sharks is loaded with New Zealand hops. The Motueka, Pacific Gem, and Rakau hops really pack a tropical fruit punch with very low bitterness. In poker, a “shark” would be a very strong player looking to win money off of weaker players, or “fish.” When we first brewed this beer and were looking for name ideas, we did a quick search for “New Zealand” and “Sharks” and found that a couple of new species of sharks with bioluminescent properties had just been discovered off the coast of New Zealand, hence the name Bioluminescent Sharks. That’s a bit of a mouthful, so you can just call it Bio Sharks. We certainly do!

SQUEEZE PLAY

6.3% ABV; Our flagship Hazy IPA is brewed with plenty of Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops for a big citrus punch with low bitterness.

BRAMBLIN MAN

6.3% ABV; After fermenting for 3 months in our American oak foeder, we refermented a portion of our American Golden Sour Ale on blackberries for 3 more months for a tart, jammy sour ale.
Available on draft and to-go in 500ml bottles.

PUPPY FOOT PORTER

ABV: 6%; This Robust Porter starts with 2-row barley and a bit of black and chocolate malts to create a beer with the flavor you expect, but still surprisingly drinkable.

MOW YOUR LAWN LATER

5% ABV; This American Lager is easily the lightest thing we brew and is by-far our best seller. Plus, it’s Domestic AF, brewed with local 2-row and 6-row barley and flaked corn.

EASY GAME

6% ABV; Our American Pale Ale is brewed with Centennial & Columbus hops for light bitterness and a clean finish.

IN THE DARK

4.2% ABV; Our fall Berliner Weisse ale is refermented on plenty of plum and blackcurrant for a vibrant color and deep, fruity flavor with a tart finish.

SMOOTH CALL

5.2% ABV; A traditional Cream Ale brewed with flaked corn for a slightly creamy mouthfeel and super light finish. Smooooooth. Take our American Lager base and ferment it with American Ale yeast and you’ve got this crusher. A great alternative if you usually drink our Mow Your Lawn Later.

ACTIVE PLAYER MIXED BERRY
HARD SELTZER

4.2% ABV; The first of our house-brewed hard seltzers, this Mixed Berry Hard Seltzer is light and fruity with lower carbs and calories than most beers.

Chip Trick

7.4% ABV; Our flagship IPA, Chip Trick is a West Coast IPA brewed with Amarillo, Citra, and Mosaic hops.
